Sword and Buckler

This course is designed to teach the principles and mechanics of fencing with a Sword and Buckler. The primary source material we study comes from Andre Liegniczer and the Walpurgis Fechtbuch (as well as personal experience).

Our monthly rate for classes is 60$ if you have your own Jacket, Mask with BoH protection, Gloves and Forearms or 100$ if using club gear. Drop in rates are 25$ if you use club gear or 15$ if you use your own. Check out our gear page for suggestions if you’re looking to purchase your own protective gear.
